01 — Architectural Interiors

Designed Beyond the Surface

In architectural interiors, stainless steel is more than a durable finish. Its texture, reflectivity, color and form influence how a space feels, moves and responds to light.

MetalMagus brings surface engineering and precision fabrication together, helping designers translate material concepts into coordinated interior elements—from large-format wall panels and ceiling systems to elevator interiors and bespoke architectural features.

04 — Design × Fabrication

Designed to Be Built

A compelling interior concept still has to survive fabrication, repetition and installation.

MetalMagus works between design intent and manufacturing reality—coordinating material selection, surface direction, panel dimensions, edge details and fabrication requirements before production begins.

We don’t stop at the surface.
We help make the surface buildable.

Expert FAQ

Stainless Steel Interior Systems FAQ

Straight answers on finishes, colour consistency, grades, lead times and bespoke fabrication for stainless steel interior systems.

Brushed (No.4) stainless steel suits large vertical surfaces where a consistent grain direction keeps long runs visually quiet. PVD colour coatings add warmth where a scheme needs it, sandblasted and embossed finishes reduce glare on ceilings, and perforated panels are used where airflow and acoustics matter. Mirror and water-ripple finishes are best kept to accent areas.

Every batch is measured against the approved master sample and released with its colour record, with batch-to-batch colour difference held under ΔE<1.0. Panels for the same elevation are matched under that tolerance, so later deliveries still read as one continuous surface.

304 is the practical choice for most architectural interiors—ceilings, walls, elevator interiors and commercial spaces—where appearance, fabrication performance and durability need to stay balanced. 316L is preferred where higher corrosion resistance is required, including humid, coastal or chemically demanding environments.

The minimum order is 50 sheets. Standard production lead time is 20 days, with a 7-day fast track available where the programme requires it. A4 samples are produced in 3 days (freight at cost) and quotations are returned within 24 hours.

MetalMagus ships to more than 60 countries and produces 316L systems for humid and coastal conditions such as the Gulf. Drawings are reviewed against fabrication limits before production starts, and every package ships with its colour record and packing list attached, so components arriving on site match the approved sample.

Yes. Share drawings, CAD files, material references or a visual concept and the team develops the appropriate surface, pattern and fabrication approach—then confirms dimensions, joints, edge profiles and fixing methods before production begins. Surface processing, bending, forming and packing are coordinated inside one facility.
